Presenting food "station-style" is a very popular alternative to a traditional buffet. It creates areas of interest throughout your event and encourages guest mingling. Many stations can be presented as made-to-order (with stations manned by chefs), or dishes may be presented in heated chafing pans. Feel free to choose from among the following station suggestions, or discuss how we can make a custom station-style event for you.
